Legal & Tax-Exempt Status.
Partnership terms and contribution information for Kingdom Culture International.
Kingdom Culture International (KCI) is a nonprofit religious ministry operating for religious, charitable, educational, and ministry purposes.
KCI operates pursuant to the applicable provisions of Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3) and the church-related exception provided under Internal Revenue Code §508(c)(1)(A).
Section 508(c)(1)(A) provides that churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches that otherwise meet the requirements of §501(c)(3) are excepted from the requirement to file an application with the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of federal tax-exempt status.
Kingdom Culture International is organized and operated exclusively in furtherance of its religious and charitable mission and does not operate for the private benefit of any individual.
Contributions made to Kingdom Culture International are used to support its religious, charitable, educational, ministry, outreach, operational, and Kingdom advancement purposes. Contributions are intended to be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable federal and state law. Donors should consult their personal tax adviser regarding the deductibility of any particular contribution.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of contribution, donations and partnership contributions are considered gifts to Kingdom Culture International to be used in furtherance of its overall mission. Designations expressed by donors will be honored when reasonably possible; however, KCI retains appropriate discretion and control over donated funds as required for charitable and ministry purposes.
Partnership Is Voluntary
Partnership with Kingdom Culture International is a voluntary relationship established for the purpose of supporting and advancing the vision, mission, and ministry work of KCI through prayer, financial giving, participation, and Kingdom collaboration.
Partnership does not, by itself:
- Establish employment or an employer-employee relationship
- Create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or other legal business relationship
- Confer ownership or financial interest in Kingdom Culture International
- Confer voting rights or governing authority within KCI
- Constitute ordination, licensing, commissioning, credentialing, or ministerial appointment
- Guarantee access to Prophet Ericka Michelle, KCI leadership, counseling, consulting, ministry services, events, programs, or other benefits
- Create a contractual right to any particular ministry service, resource, program, or benefit
KCI reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue partnership programs, communications, benefits, and initiatives consistent with its mission and governing policies.
Financial Partnership & Recurring Contributions
Partners who choose recurring giving authorize contributions according to the amount and frequency selected when they complete the separate authorization through KCI’s designated payment processor. Selecting a partnership level on the enrollment form does not itself set up or authorize a recurring charge.
Recurring contributions remain voluntary and may be modified or discontinued in accordance with the procedures provided by the applicable payment platform.
Partnership contributions and donations are generally considered charitable gifts and are not payments for goods or services except where KCI expressly identifies otherwise.
Where goods or services of more than incidental value are provided in connection with a contribution, KCI may provide the donor with information concerning the value of those goods or services as required by applicable law.
No Private Benefit
Kingdom Culture International’s income and assets are dedicated to accomplishing its religious, charitable, and educational purposes.
No part of KCI’s net earnings shall improperly inure to the benefit of any private individual, officer, director, minister, partner, donor, or other person except for reasonable compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of legitimate expenses incurred in furtherance of KCI’s exempt purposes.

Partnership Acknowledgment
By submitting the Partnership Enrollment Form, I acknowledge that:
I am voluntarily choosing to partner with Kingdom Culture International in support of its religious, charitable, educational, and ministry mission.
I understand that my financial contributions are charitable gifts and do not create an ownership interest, investment interest, contractual interest, or entitlement to financial return.
I understand that KCI retains discretion and control over contributed funds consistent with its stated mission and applicable law.
I understand that partnership does not constitute ordination, licensing, employment, organizational governance, or ministerial appointment.
If I later choose recurring giving, I understand that I will authorize the amount and frequency separately through the designated payment provider, where I may also modify or discontinue that contribution according to its procedures.
I acknowledge that tax consequences vary according to individual circumstances and that I should consult my own tax professional regarding my specific situation.
