Different roles. A clear next step.

A church bringing a prayer team is a ministry partner. A company donating water is an in-kind contributor. A business seeking a sales booth is a potential vendor. An individual helping with hospitality or logistics is a prospective volunteer.

Each pathway has a separate form so the KCI team can review the right information and coordinate the appropriate next step. Venue arrangements, team assignments, exhibitor policies, and event logistics are still being developed.

Submitting vendor interest does not reserve space or authorize sales. Approved applicants will receive the applicable requirements, fees, terms, and next steps when available.

Volunteer applicants will receive role information and any required preparation before an assignment is confirmed. Contact KCI before committing to travel, equipment, purchases, or services specifically for an unconfirmed role.
